Dog Grooming
ZPUP offers staggered drop-off times so your dog never has to stay longer than needed - this allows us to provide one-on-one attention with your dog in a safe, exceptionally clean, and stress-free environment! Your dog will be pampered within two-three hours, and we will give you a 30 minute courtesy call prior to pick up.
**Starting immediately 9/13/17 our new Cancellation/No show policy will be in effect!
**At least 24 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment during week days AND at least 48 hours notice is required for any SATURDAY appointments!
***If proper notice is not given or you NO SHOW then $30 PER PET will be billed before you can book another appointment with us. Repeat offenses will require pre payment of services.
