GENERAL STORE POLICIES

-Please do not leave dogs or children unattended.

-For both you and your dog's safety, please do not let your dog interact with a strange dog.  Always ask an owner before approaching their dog.   

-Keep your dog on a short lead at all times while in the store.

GROOMING CANCELLATION POLICY

-It is at the discretion of ZPUP Dog Spa & Boutique to refuse appointments due to constant cancellations.

RETURN POLICY

-Store credit only within 14 days.

-Tags must be on merchandise and original receipt required.

-NO returns on pet food and treats.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT

-We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. 

-As of April 1, we will no longer accept checks.  We apologize for any incovenience.

GROOMING

-Read about our Professional Grooming policies here. 

-Please bring your dog in with a collar and lead. 

-Please walk your dog outside before coming in for your appointment.  The car ride sometimes excites them and often times is why they will eliminate in the store.  Check in for your grooming appointment at the front desk and leave your best available contact number.

-If it is your first grooming appointment, you must fill out ZPUP's information form and release.  One of our groomers will then come speak with you about grooming your dog.

-We ask when picking up your dog, that you keep your voice down.  If they are still on the grooming table, your voice may excite them and make it more difficult for the groomer to finish.

-Grooming appointments typically last 3-4 hours.  This is the adequate time needed by our professional groomers to make your dog come out looking their best.  We do our best to accomadate everyone, but always keep your dogs best interest in mind.

-While we strive to help every dog, it is at the discretion of ZPUP Dog Spa & Boutique to refuse service.

SELF WASH

-Do not leave your dog unattended in the self wash bathing or drying stall.

-Cost is $20 per half hour per dog.  Two dogs may not occupy the same bathing or drying stall at the same time.

-Please use our bath leads to ensure your dogs safety in the bathing and drying stalls. 

-Do not leave children under 16 unattended in the self wash.  We ask that you supervise young children to ensure their safety.
