Gypsy had her first ZPUP experience today and she LOVED every minute
of it. She had a super fun time with Pete getting her nails trimmed and ear cleaned, and came back to us smelling so
yummy. Surprisingly even her ears smell really nice. All the staff
are really knowledgeable and friendly. Lesley and Kelly sent us home wiht some samples of a new food (Holistic Select)
to help with her sensitive belly... and she sure did like it. Gypsy got a
new training collar, too... So we all can enjoy taking walks together. And she wanted me to tell you that she
LOVED her trachea chew. Thank you all for the awesome experience - we definitely

Noa is such a ZPUP faithful follower!
Each experience for Noa is so welcoming and inviting. He recognizes when we pull up and likes hearing Kelly and Peter's
voices greet him. He always comes out so beautiful too! Like many things in our lives, pets are very special companions
and it is good to know that ZPUP shares that philosophy. They treat our animals with love, care, and respect.
They carry quality products that we can trust to use on our most valued furry family members. Noa is very special to
our entire family and the care and love that you give him every month is something we look forward to and value. So,
thank you ZPUP for being an important part of Noa's life.

| Maddie - looking beautiful! |
I wanted to share my experience with the ZPUP team and it's
cliental. I recently brought my 11 month old Wheaten Terrier, Maddie, to be groomed. I was so impressed at how
clean (and happy) Maddie was when I picked her up. She received the most wonderful cut and looked beautiful. I
could tell she enjoyed being clean and fresh again. Maddie had some bad experiences with other dog grooming companies
in the past, and I was anxious to bring her anywhere ever again. My sister informed me about the wonderful services
at ZPUP, so I decided to give it a try. The staff was very friendly, and the facility was very clean and welcoming.
I was also SO happy that Maddie could be groomed in three hours! I will definitely be going back to ZPUP for grooming

Hi Pete & ZTeam! Rinkles my yellow Lab, Ashley my chocolate
Lab, and Kaitlyn my black Lab enjoyed their day of pampering at ZPUP. The ZTEAM WAS GREAT!! They pampered my girls,
and when they were done, they were so clean, shiny, and smelled so good. Their tails were wagging and ready to play
with the ZTEAM. They really enjoyed their bathing. THANK YOU ZTEAM!!!!!! If you want your baby pampered,
the ZTeam is the one. If you have a senior baby, the ZTeam takes their time and makes it the most comfortable experience

Local
dog grooming company does a great job, say customers: I would like to say thank you to a local company. In this day and age no one remembers to say thank you. There is a local company that The Breeze had done a story on a few months
ago called ZPup Dog Spa & Boutique (600 George Washington Highway, Lincoln). They are a dog grooming facility, started
out by a local man who traveled in his van to groom animals. After reading your article, we called and made an appointment for our golden retriever Abby to be groomed. We
have been several places with Abby. Abby is a "special" dog. She is a service animal, in which she cares
for my husband, and his disabilities and needs. It is important for Abby to be groomed and trimmed appropriately.
All of the grooming facilities, had done an "O.K." job. She was never really happy about going in to be groomed,
and never really came out the way we wanted her to. When
we first entered Zpup, the atmosphere was completely different from other places. Even Abby noticed the difference.
She was happy just being in there. We dropped her off, and about half an hour before she was finished, we
received a phone call that she would be ready. When we went in to pick her up, we expected her to look as she normally
did after being groomed, however, we were completely astonished. She looked amazing. Her paws were perfect, her
nails trimmed beautifully, and her coat wash so shiny and soft it was amazing. But most off all she was actually happy. She looked beautiful and she knew it. Goldens are difficult
to trim as their hair is long and every incorrect cut shows. She was perfect. We couldn't believe our eyes.
We have taken her back again for the second time today, and I have to say she was just as beautiful this time as the
first. The only difference is this time, when we arrived she remembered where she was and was thrilled to go in, she
practically ran through the door, and her tail was going a mile a minute. It is nice to see that these people actually
not only take the time with each individual animal, but also know what they are doing. It shows through not only
on the animal, but also in their attitudes. When a dog is happy to go into a grooming facility, you know you have a
keeper. So thank you to The Valley Breeze for doing the article on them, but also thank you to Zpup for doing an amazing

We had a new experience last weekend. I took Monty to a dog spa and we used the self wash bathing/drying
suites. It was great, no lifting, no mess and no
150 lbs of wet dog in the house!!! Monty enjoyed
it also. The water was the perfect temp and the dryers were not hot. Highly recommended... .anybody near Lincoln, Rhode Island Check it out.

Our little "Israel" -
a now 18 week old Mal-Shi puppy has had the time of her life coming to your Spa and Boutique! As you know, we decided
to have her first grooming done by you, and she could not have looked any more beautiful. We were nervous taking her
for her first cut not knowing if she would be cut into a style of our liking. As it turned out, she ended up looking
cuter than when we bought her! The groomer did an unbelievably precise job on her hair and nails and she smelled like she
had literally come from a day at the spa! And coming from two people who strive for perfection, you are the best! Your
boutique has some of the most interestingly chic to sporty looks I have EVER seen for a dog! We bought a very preppy
harness from the shop and have received nothing but compliments on the fun yet sophisticated look! But what Israel has
started looking forward to are your delicious handmade doggy gourmet treats that look so yummy with yogurt coating and
sprinkles that she finds
them irrestible!
We will be back I assure you for every spa grooming treatment and
complete the day of beauty by shopping in your boutique!

sister, my friend and I have had at ZPup. The
first impression you get when you walk into ZPup is an amazingly friendly, clean, eye appealing and state of the
art establishment. From the boutique to the self-wash to the grooming area, everything is beautiful. My sister's golden retriever, Austin, has anxiety and is always car
sick on the way home from the groomers and will not eat the rest of the day. She decided to try ZPup and was pleased
right from the start when Pete, the groomer, came out to get her dog, shook her hand, and introduced himself. But what
was even more pleasing was when she picked up Austin a few hours later her dog looked so happy and relaxed
which is not usually the case when she picks him up from her former groomer. On the way home she was waiting for Austin
to get sick but that never happened! And within a few hours of being home he actually ate his food.
My sister could not believe her eyes. She was so thrilled!!!! My friend heard about ZPup through a few friends and decided to try it. She brought her 5 year old daughter
with her to drop off their dog and her daughter's first words were "Mommy, why doesn't it smell in here, and
how come there's no dogs barking?". Even a 5 year old could see the differences right away!!! I have brought my own golden retriever a few times already and I LOVE the
fact that she is only there for about 3 hours. It is so comforting to know that while my dog is at ZPup she is
not locked in a crate for hours while the groomers work on other dogs. Pete and Suzanne have both groomed my dog and
both have done excellent jobs. They truly know how to make any breed look their best. My dog has never looked
and felt so soft and shiny and she smells beautiful. We
just wanted to thank the entire ZPup team for their hard work and dedication but most of all for the love and
care they give to our precious pets.... you truly treat everyone like family! Thank you from three very satisfied customers, Kathy,
