HELP ZPUP IN CODY'S CRUSADE! WHO: Cody Blais - A 15 month old boy from Smithfield, RI is battling an atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor (ATRT). He has successfully undergone a removal of the brain tumor and will soon begin aggressive chemotherapy. To stimulate Cody's senses and the right side of his body, Youkilis, a Weimaraner pup was brought into the family. Cody has recently been reaching out to touch his new friend!
CODY YOUKILIS WHAT: A fundraiser with raffles and a sidewalk sale! 100% of nail clipping and raffle proceeds will go to Cody's Recovery Fund. Raffles will include Eagle Pack vouchers for months worth of free food, a Dogswell basket worth over $200, a ZPUP and Dunkin' Donuts prize pack, and more! Samples will be flowing, and Youkilis (the puppy, of course!) may even make an appearance! Come have fun for a good cause! It can be found anywhere in the brain and tend to be aggressive, often quickly spread through the central nervous system. Even after surgery and chemotherapy treatment, the survival rate for children younger than 3 at the time of diagnosis is less than 10%.
