10.07.09 - Our next session of training classes will begin on October 21!!!  Creating a Confident Canine at 6:00 and Basic Manners at 7:00.  Classes are $110 per session with a $20 deposit to reserve your spot.  Sign up now - our classes fill up fast!  Check out our Training Page for more information! 

09.18.09 - ZPUP will close at 12:00pm on Friday, September 18 and reopen Tuesday, September 22 at 8:00am.  We apologize for any incovenience...  We're all headed down to GroomExpo!

09.17.09 - The North Providence Animal Shelter is currently accepting applications for volunteers!  Volunteers are very important in keeping the animals happy and healthy while in the shelter's care.  You must be at least 21 year old and attend the four hour training period.  No cleaning or feeding is necessary, only walks, cuddles, and pets to all the animals waiting for their new homes.  The amount of time you volunteer is completely up to you - weekends from 8-2 or after work or school any time until 10pm (except Monday).  You can stay 20 minutes or 2 hours.  If you are interested, please contact Larna at furball418@aol.com or 401.231.2043

09.02.09 - Jake is a ZPUP dog who is part of the RI Veterinary Medical Association's Walk & Wag Challenge designed to help local overweight dogs slim down!  After a fresh grooming from ZPUP, Jake was featured on Channel 10 news!

08.14.09 - We're always the first to know and the Lincoln Animal Shelter just called to tell us they have a handsome 10 month old Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier for adoption.  He is neutered and up to date on all his shots - looks like he has a fresh haircut, too.  Please contact Colleen at the Lincoln Animal Shelter if you are interested in him!!!   

08.04.09 - A couple of days late, here are our August Dogs of the Month - Rocky & Nelly!!  They are so proud to be our August 2009 Dogs of the Month that they came in for a fresh grooming yesterday just to make sure they are looking perfect for their paparazzi!

07.24.09- ZPUP will now be offering TRAINING CLASSES!!!  We are excited to have partnered with Sue Lussier to offer two different classes!  Our first session of classes will begin on Wednesday, August 19th and are limited to 5 dogs per class, so don't wait to come down to ZPUP and sign up!  Check out our Training Classes page to learn more!

07.03.09- ZPUP will be closed on Saturday, July 4 and reopen on Tuesday, July 7.  The ZTEAM wishes you and your family a very Happy (and hopefully sunny!) holiday weekend!

05.29.09- This morning checking the ZPUP Twitter, I saw a post by Eagle Pack Holistic Select which contained the link to the top dog names of 2008.  Always being a fan of lists, trends, and charts, I thought it would be fun to see what the most popular ZPUP dog names are and compare them to the national list!  So here it is!!!
